Storytel
The project initiated by Dünyagöz Foundation to raise awareness about audiobooks for the visually impaired is now available through collaboration with Storytel. Our first audio book “Haldun Taner Stories” was narrated by Gülse Birsel. All stories belong to famous writer Haldun Taner, who brought Turkish theater to universal dimensions with his works, were written between 1948-1968. Gülse Birsel spent 3 days and 10 hours in the studio to narrate 10 stories.
Additionally, our three books have also found their place on Storytel’s website with the cheerful narration of Fahrettin Sadıç and Oya Küçümen for children.
All the proceeds from the sale of our audiobooks at https://www.storytel.com.tr is used for the braille printing of current books for blind students.
