Smart Device

Our foundation distributed "Smart Devices" to 300 high school and university students with low vision and blindness. These devices, distributed to facilitate independent movement and access to information in their daily lives, are designed entirely for the visually impaired. They include features such as color finding, color recognition, free navigation, and OCR (text-to-speech document reader). The project aims to raise awareness in society about the difficulties faced by visually impaired high school and university students. Through this project, we wanted to facilitate the independent movement and access to information for visually impaired individuals.

Features of the Smart Device include tactile, touchscreen, and voice-guided navigation, as well as free navigation, color finding, color recognition, OCR (document scanning and reading), barcode scanning, contrast magnifier (for those with low vision), and an SOS button (alarm button).
