Dünyagöz Foundation is established in 2011 to provide public awareness to reduce the burden of the eye disease prevention,
diagnosis and treatment areas to make a scientific studies and contribute to the diagnostics and the treatment of the eye and fight blindness.
Purpose and Service Areas
Research and Development Activities To draw attention to the importance of eye health, encourage an increase in clinical and scientific studies in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of eye diseases.
Education and Training Activities To make advancements in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of eye diseases and contribute to national eye health by organizing courses and establishing schools.
Scientific Activities To collaborate with universities and other educational institutions, facilitate the transfer of mutual knowledge and experience by monitoring scientific developments in eye health, evaluate and encourage national and international scientific studies and innovations in the field.
Public Activities To develop policies by monitoring and evaluating the infrastructure, quality, and cost of health services in the field of eye diseases, inform the public and relevant institutions, make recommendations when necessary, and collaborate with NGOs in line with their objectives.
International Activities To collaborate on joint projects, monitor international developments and practices in eye health, contribute to humanity, and introduce the lives of famous visually impaired individuals.
Public Relations Activities In line with their objectives, to publish informative catalogs, films, brochures, and books, organize conferences, panels, and seminars to raise awareness.
