Born in Ankara in 1985, Öznur Sönmez completed her undergraduate degree in Graphic Design at Hacettepe University Faculty of Fine Arts. Her interest and talent in illustration introduced her to children’s books. With her delightful drawings, Öznur Sönmez brought life to the books in the Curious Eyes series of Dünyagöz Foundation, including "How Do Animals See?", "Do Eyes Smile?", and "How Do We See?"
